our story

Present in Chigny les Roses since the end of the 19th century, the culture of the vine has always been present in our family.
However, the making of Champagne will begin later.

SINCE THE END OF THE 19TH CENTURY

It all really started in 1950, when Robert Thoumy decided to promote his savoir-faire and market these first bottles.

Supported by his son Michel, he decided to take over his father's business in 1972. Michel then passed on his passion to Jean-Philippe, who now operates the estate. Today, he has the chance to share this passion with Thibaut, 4th generation, the youngest of his 2 sons.
