Our Blanc de Noirs cuvée comes from our 8 plots of Pinot Noir planted on the terroir of Chigny-les-Roses and Ludes. With a rich terroir, the soil mainly composed of chalk, produces straight wines with magnificent freshness, conducive to long aging. Vines grassed and plowed with respect for the living.

2018: little water during the summer and a blazing sun which continued until a magnificent late season where the generously swollen grapes ripened serenely

WINEMAKING
100% 2018 harvest

Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats, the wines are tasted, selected then assembled during bottling. Malolactic fermentation carried out. Aging in cellars for 52 months
Total SO2: 16 mg/L. 480 bottles produced

TASTING NOTES
This vintage is characterized by a magnificent gold color, embellished with subtle copper highlights. With an intense and powerful nose, we feel aromas of red fruits and stewed fruits. With a lively and well-structured attack on the palate, the remarkable balance offers us a very nice length, rich and pleasant.
