Champagne Rosé 1er Cru
ASSEMBLY
40% Pinot Noir
30% Chardonnay
30% Miller
(including 15% red wine)
TERROIR
Coming only from plots located in the Montagne de Reims, the 3 emblematic grape varieties of Champagne carry a unique typicity, specific to this terroir. Their clay-limestone subsoil provides us with wines
atypical. The vines, worked with respect for the living, are grassed and plowed.
WINEMAKING
The grapes are carefully selected. Once arrived in the cellar, one part is delicately pressed while the other undergoes maceration for several days. Our red wine (50% Pinot Noir and 50% Meunier) is vinified in 225L barrels.
During bottling, our red wine is blended with our white wine (vinified in stainless steel vats) up to 15%.
Malolactic fermentation carried out.
TASTING NOTES
Dressed in an intense ruby color, a beautiful depth emerges from this blended rosé. The effervescence is fine, refined. Aromas of black cherry and wild strawberry give way to kirshy notes. The delicious and round texture is perfectly balanced with a beautiful freshness and a fruity final note.
